Monday 21st March: week began when 9 ladies from Hannover arrived in Mount Gambier on a drizzly Monday afternoon. Ambassadors Kirsten and Elisabeth were guests on local radio station 5GTR FM for part of the German program.
From May 30th to 5th June Doreen & I (Alistair Kennedy) had a wonderful time on this visit to a city I didn't really know – a city quite a bit bigger than Adelaide with lots of high-rise. That's Brisbane.
Friday 12th March: eleven ambassadors arrived by coach at 5pm on the 12th March 2010 and after many hugs and greetings were taken directly to a private home for a light meal.
Ten Ladies from the Friendship Force of Malang visited us from the 28th April till the 5th May.
Mount Gambier welcomed twenty four ambassadors from Lethbridge, Alberta on Sunday 2nd November 2008 after they had travelled by bus from Adelaide.
22 Wellington ambassadors arrived from their week in Melbourne via the Great Ocean Road at 4:30pm on 27th April 2008.
On Tuesday 11 September, we welcomed 15 ambassadors from the Western Waikato and Hamilton Friendship Force clubs. They had previously had a week with the Adelaide club.
