The Friendship Force of Queanbeyan received its charter in April 1998. The current membership list is now approximately 42. The Club welcomes two inward and one outward Exchange annually.
Queanbeyan and Canberra are situated between Sydney, about 300 km to the north, Melbourne, about 750 km to the south, and Bateman's Bay, about 160 km to the east on the Pacific Coast. It is about 150 km north of the magnificent Snowy Mountains.

Thirteen members from the Central Coast joined us for a domestic exchange during March 2010.
Recent exchanges involving our club included a international in England to the Devon and Cleveland County clubs.
In 2010 a plaque has been placed at the foot of the tree planted by our club for the first World Friendship day March 2005.
Club members have recently returned from an enjoyable exchange to Gisborne and Nelson clubs in New Zealand.
